All warranty claims must be made within the 90 days from the date of original purchase….we shall not be liable for any repairs/replacement claims whatsoever after this time period.

All claims arising after that time will be dealt with on an individual case basis & are entirely at the discretion of Dionic-Energy.com.
If you ordered one of our bracelets & you have experienced a problem here is what to do….
1 – Email us at…. firstname.lastname@example.org Tell us about your problem and attach a picture if possible so that we can see exactly which bracelet you have and what the problem is..(Do not send your product back to us until we have confirmed that you should do so otherwise you will be liable for return postage costs.)
2 -Once we have agreed the return please send the order back in it’s original condition to:

We will endeavour at all times to be courteous & prompt in our repairs/exchanges, however please be patient, sometimes your order may be temporally out of stock which can mean in some (rare) cases that you may have to wait up to 28 days for a replacement should this be the case we will inform you as soon as we can…subject to availability: and at our discretion, we may offer an alternative bracelet should you not wish to wait.
– Include a note with your Name, Address, Email address & telephone No.(if hand written ..please ensure it is easy to read)
– Include a £1 coin to help to cover our return postage costs to you.
– Upon receipt of the band we will repair/ exchange & dispatch your replacement…If you have a problem with your product then we will happily replace it for you as long as it’s still within our free 30 day warranty
